Turnarounds will depend on the format you require, and whether additional services are needed. But generally speaking, infographics take 7-10 working days, interactive pieces can take 2-6 weeks, and animations take 1-3 weeks, depending on length. Revisions usually take 1-5 working days, depending on complexity.

If you don’t have the copy and data ready to go, our dedicated infographic research team can help. Research costs will depend on the difficulty in gathering the data, and the turnaround is typically 3-10 working days.

All IP for the final composition is passed to the client upon cleared payment. We will publish select infographics on our website or portfolio, but if you’d rather we didn’t, just let us know.

Of course. If you’d like it, we can deliver the working file in Adobe Illustrator format for all static infographics. We don’t supply working files for animations however, as they’re typically very large and complex. For interactive pieces, we will send you a code package to implement the final piece, or an embed code if you’d prefer.
